Please review this cancellation policy before booking your appointment with The Beauty Lounge. A credit card is required on file to book an appointment. 

Your appointments are very important to The Beauty Lounge, it is reserved especially for you, we understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for cancellation/rescheduling. 

Cancellation Policy 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file. 

Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. 

If more than 15 minutes late, it is at the stylists discretion to make the decision if they will still have enough time to perform the scheduled services or if you will be charged 100% of the service fees and need to reschedule for another time, considering you are a no-show. 

Sick Policy:

If you are feeling sick prior to your appointment or have any COVID-19 related symptoms, please reschedule in a timely manner. Late/cancellation policy still applies when sick. 

The cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. The Beauty Lounge policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future guests. Thank you for supporting us!
