We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled service(s). Cancellations at the 48 hour mark will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. No-shows are not tolerated and will be charged 100% to the card on file.

Although we do our best to accommodate everyone, we encourage that only booked guests arrive to their appointments alone, as we want you to enjoy your service to it's fullest potential without any distractions.
It is also imperative that your service provider is able to communicate with you without interruption to ensure you're receiving optimal results.
